So not only do we have to put up with Shayne Ward as Christmas number 1 (what a load of crap these talent shows are now) but we now have another series of Big Brother that I will undoubtedly hear about constantly from the media. It’s the most boring thing I’ve ever encountered but completely unavoidable – I guess that’s what Channel4 want.

Christmas numer 1 should have been Nizlopi as I’m sure many agree. At least he’s actually talented (ok so a lot of people seem to argue this point) but it’s the first (I think) to get to number 1 based predomently on sales from iTunes. Just goes to show how much download sales are now influencing music and allowing less well-known (and less well-off) artists to achieve. More @ http://www.jcbsong.co.uk
