About Me

I am from East Grinstead in West Sussex.

I graduated from The University of Warwick in Computer Systems Engineering in 2004 with a 2:1 – more details are available here.

I am a member of St. John Ambulance. My home division is Felbridge and East Grinstead, in the county of Surrey. I was Chair of Warwick LINKS at University in 2003/2004. In April 2008 I was promoted to County Staff Officer (IT and Webmaster) for Surrey. That means looking after the 20 divisional computers and ADSL lines, along with the public and members web sites and a number of other responsibilities.

I am employed by Rentokil Initial as a Systems Analyst in the ‘IT Services – Communications’ team as part of Group Information Services. More info is available here.

I also run Hey Presto! Internet Services – a small business providing web design, hosting and domain names to companies and organisations. I manage East Grinstead Town Council’s web site. The site won an award for the Local Government National Web Site of the Year in 2004.

I recently dived into the world of photography – something in which I have always been interested – and purchased a digital SLR camera, namely a Canon EOS 350D. You can see some of my photgraphs here.
